Your customers and your sales, finally in one place.
We implement Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft’s customer and sales management software, so your whole team works from the same up-to-date information. And we tell you plainly, before billing anything, when it is not the right tool for you.
Sound familiar?
- Your customer lists live in several Excel files, and nobody is sure which version is right
- When someone goes on vacation, their files go with them
- The same information gets retyped into two or three programs
- Finding out where your sales stand means walking around the office
- Every monthly report is rebuilt by hand
If two or three of these sound like you, a well-implemented CRM (customer relationship management software) can change your day-to-day. That is what we do with Dynamics 365.
What we implement
An implementation starts from your actual process, not from a demo. Here is what we assemble, depending on what your work needs.
A system organized around your business
Your customers, your projects, your information and your rules, organized the way you name them, with different access depending on each person’s role. All in Dataverse, Microsoft’s database. We start from the way you work, not from a template you have to bend.
Repetitive tasks automated, start to finish
Approvals, reminders, status changes, notifications: Power Automate, Microsoft’s automation tool, moves the information instead of having someone retype it from one program into another.
Documents generated automatically
Quotes, contracts and reports produced from templates, with your pricing rules and, where useful, electronic signature.
Apps for the people who do not live in the CRM
Power Apps lets us build simple screens, at a desk or in the field, for people who need to look up or enter information without needing a full licence.
Reporting on live data
Dashboards that are always up to date, rather than an Excel export from three weeks ago.
Integration with the rest of your environment
Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, accounting, billing or your other software: the CRM does not become an island.
Dynamics 365 at the heart of an entire business support organization
Destination Entreprise supports businesses in the Victoriaville region, from the first call all the way to financing. We made Dynamics 365 their central tool: one client journey, one entry point for requests, and a complete system to process requests under Québec’s PAU-PME program.

- End-to-end processing of PAU-PME requests, through post-financing follow-up
- Migration to SharePoint and automatic filing of signed documents
- Licence recommendations and Power BI dashboards
When Dynamics is the wrong tool
That question is a lot cheaper to ask before than after. Here are our criteria, the same ones we use internally before proposing anything.
Dynamics is the right call when
- You are already on Microsoft 365 and your teams live in Outlook and Teams
- Several people need the same up-to-date data at the same time
- You need reporting and history, not just a list
- The process will keep evolving, and you would rather not pay for development on every adjustment
- Traceability and compliance matter to your clients or your industry
Something else will serve you better when
- Only two or three people need the data: licences will cost more than the tool itself
- A single, very specific process is at stake: a custom application often costs less over its life
- You want to own the code: with Dynamics we configure a platform, we do not own it
- No recurring budget is possible: licences are monthly, and they never stop
In those cases we say so, and we offer to build the tool from scratch instead. Same studio, different door.
See the custom build servicesThe real cost, in two parts
Licences go to Microsoft. The implementation comes to us. We keep the two columns separate so you always know what you are paying for, and to whom.
Microsoft licences, paid directly by you
The monthly cost depends mostly on who needs what. There are three levels, and most people do not need the most expensive one.
Full user
The people working in the CRM every day
Base licence
Extra module for the same user
A second application costs a fraction of the first
Reduced rate
Employee who reads or enters data
Considerably cheaper than a full CRM licence
Power Apps licence
The exact amounts are set by Microsoft and revised every year, so we do not freeze them here: we work out the monthly cost of your configuration during scoping, from Microsoft’s published price list. These licences are bought in your name, directly from Microsoft. We do not resell them and we take no margin on them: we are neither a Microsoft partner nor a reseller, and that is a deliberate choice.
The implementation, from us
Fixed price after scoping
We start with a single process, the one costing you the most time today. Scope and price are agreed in writing before we start configuring anything.
- Choosing, with you, the process to fix first
- Setting up your Dynamics workspace and organizing your information
- The automations that remove double data entry
- The screens and apps your teams actually need
- Moving over your current data (Excel files, previous software)
- Training and documentation at go-live
Later modules are planned once the first foundation is genuinely in service, never before. That is what avoids the nine-month implementations nobody ends up using.
What stays yours
The environment is in your name
Your Microsoft workspace, the licences and the data are yours from day one. We are invited in for the duration of the engagement, and removed afterwards if you want.
Data stays in Canada
Your data can be hosted in Microsoft’s data centres in Canada, which keeps your Law 25 compliance simpler.
Data leaves whenever you want
Your data can be exported at any time. If you change your mind or your provider, you leave with your data, without going through us.
No hidden margin
We bill implementation hours, not a percentage of your licences. Our interests do not depend on how long you keep your subscription.
Frequently asked questions
Are you a Microsoft partner or reseller? +
Neither. You buy your licences directly from Microsoft, in your own name, and we take no margin on them. We bill our implementation work, and that is all.
Can we start small? +
We recommend it. The first phase targets a single process, genuinely put into service, before anything else is added. A CRM people use for one thing beats a complete one nobody opens.
What if Dynamics turns out to be the wrong tool for us? +
We tell you before we start, based on the criteria published above. We also build custom web applications, so we have no reason to push you toward the most expensive platform.
How long before it is usable? +
We aim at a foundation in service, not a mockup. The exact schedule is set during scoping, based on the state of your data and the availability of the people who know the process.
We already have Microsoft 365. Does that change anything? +
Yes, in your favour. Your employees’ accounts, their access, Teams and SharePoint are already in place, so a good part of the integration work is already done.
Who looks after the system afterwards? +
You do. We configure, document and train your people. If you would rather keep us around, that is hourly, with no mandatory retainer.
Want to find out whether Dynamics is really your answer?
Describe your process in a few lines. We will tell you plainly whether the platform earns its cost, or whether a custom build is the wiser move.
