Is Ikigai Studio available in English?
Not yet. For now, the Ikigai Studio app and the websites it creates are in French, for Québec businesses. If you need an English or bilingual site today, write to us and we’ll find a solution together.
I’m not a tech person. Will I manage?
Yes. There’s nothing to install or learn: you answer a few questions, then type what you want changed, like a text message. Studio shows you the result first, and nothing is published without your OK.
Can I keep my current domain name?
Yes. You connect it to your site by changing a few settings at your provider, and Studio shows you exactly which ones. Connecting a domain requires an active trial or subscription. Otherwise, your site gets a free .ikigaistudio.ca address.
What about my email?
We never touch it. Connecting your domain only changes where your website lives: your mailbox keeps working as before, with your current provider.
Is it really free to start?
Yes. You create and edit your site with no credit card. The card is only requested when you want to publish, and you then get a 14-day trial before the first payment.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, the monthly plan has no commitment. You can cancel anytime, and it ends at the end of the period already paid. There are no refunds for a started period.
Who owns my site’s content?
Your copy, your photos and your customers’ inquiries are yours. You can download your data from your account at any time.
Can the AI put just anything on my site?
No. Every change is proposed to you with a preview, and you’re the one who applies it, then publishes. You can also go back to a previous version in one click.
I’d rather talk to someone. Can I?
